Automatic Adaptive Wave
Amplitude, frequency, and waveform are the main parameters that, in physics, describe the characteristics of an oscillating electrical signal. Thanks to AAW technology, Fisiowarm® 7.0 generates a self-adaptive waveform: the signal continuously and automatically adapts to the tissues based on their impedance and the intensity set by the operator. Fisiowarm 7.0 shapes the output waveform, optimizing its behavior according to the selected treatment type and the chosen output level.

High Energy Athermy
Reduce the thermal effect and enhance electrical stimulation to allow treatment even in the acute phase. Thanks to ultra-high-intensity micro-pulses, the thermal increase in the treated body area is close to zero. The output signal is modulated by activating short, high-energy pulse “trains” thousands of times per second. Depending on the therapy, the duration of these pulse trains is 5 to 10 times shorter than the total emission time, resulting—at the same applied voltage level—in a much lower average thermal power.

The continuous research and development of new technologies to ensure the safety of both therapists and patients have characterized Fisiowarm production since its very first introduction to the market. Fully shielded electronics and a special construction technology capable of limiting the “antenna effect”; moreover, all electronic components are enclosed within a protective shield. Floating patient circuit: a patient treated with Fisiowarm 7.0 is completely floating, meaning that under no circumstances is there any connection between the patient and the power supply circuit.

For the first time on a Tecar Therapy device, it is possible to select the optimal frequency in 1 kHz steps within a frequency range from 300 kHz to 1 MHz, allowing extremely precise control over the depth at which energy is delivered, increasing or decreasing treatment penetration as required. Alternatively, a preset value can be selected, offering the most commonly used frequencies. In addition, all frequencies reported in scientific publications and existing clinical evidence can be set.

Special capacitive electrodes manufactured with low-voltage circuits specifically designed for different contact areas. The outer surface is gold-plated (1 micron), offering high conductivity and biocompatibility. Energy transmission is proportional to the actual skin–electrode contact area, ensuring a safe and comfortable application.
